Mike is a driven entrepreneur, Navy veteran, and family man with a rich background in business and leadership. Born in Germany and raised in California, he has spent the last 40 years building a life rooted in hard work, integrity, and a passion for helping others succeed. 

A proud father of four girls and a grandfather to seven, Mike believes that success is not just about personal achievement—it's about uplifting everyone around you. His diverse career includes roles in the Navy as a nuclear submarine technician, UPS driver, and an entrepreneur with experience in real estate, home building, and professional network marketing.

With a degree from the University of La Verne and decades of hands-on experience, Mike is a natural leader who is always seeking to improve the lives of those he works with. His business associates value his guidance, and his family knows him as someone who can "fix anything." 

Outside of work, Mike has a great sense of humor and a deep love for classic rock music—he can identify the song after just a few notes. He's also a competitive spirit, constantly seeking out new challenges and pushing himself to be better. Lately, his obsession has been pickleball, where he channels his competitive drive into playing "just one more game."
